Villa Sunshine / Slunečná Vila is a family-run accommodation in peaceful nature near Krásná Lípa, where history, comfort and genuine hospitality come together. The house dates back to 1892 and has been carefully restored, keeping its original character while offering a comfortable, welcoming place to relax.

Guests are welcomed with sincere care and a friendly atmosphere that makes the villa feel like a home away from home. The hosts are always ready to share local tips, help with travel plans or simply enjoy a good conversation, and their international approach makes visitors from all over the world feel at ease.

Forests, meadows and quiet countryside surround the house, ideal for walking, hiking and cycling. The rooms are clean, cosy and carefully maintained, the garden invites you to enjoy the fresh air, and the shared spaces are made for spending time together. Families, couples, solo travellers and guests with pets are all warmly welcome.

Food is an important part of the Villa Sunshine experience. Generous homemade breakfasts and dinners are prepared with care and offer a varied selection of fresh dishes - warm plates, fresh pastries, pancakes, cheese, salads and vegetarian choices, as well as gluten-free and dairy-free options. The traditional restaurant also serves high tea and cocktails, and the coffee house and bar are open throughout the day. The shared dining room naturally becomes a cosy meeting place.

The villa offers free private parking at the house, free wifi in all areas, a restaurant, bar and coffee house, non-smoking rooms with private bathroom, shower, towels and hairdryer, family rooms with a children's high chair and board games, a shared lounge with TV, luggage and ski storage, a terrace, sun deck and garden with green views. Rooms have hardwood or parquet and carpeted floors, heating, a seating area, clothes rack and a socket near the bed. Active guests can enjoy bicycle rental, bike tours, hiking, cooking classes, themed dinners, badminton, ski-to-door access, fishing and horseback riding nearby.
